 Dena
L. Mathis, formerly a partner of Jackson & Walker, LLP, is a founding
partner in Kyle Mathis & Lucas LLP. Ms. Mathis has been in civil
trial practice since 1986. Ms. Mathis’ practice is largely dedicated
to medical malpractice and product liability defense. Ms. Mathis also
has extensive experience in handling other personal injury, commercial and
employment litigation. The size and complexity of these cases has given
Ms. Mathis significant trial and appellate experience.
Memberships
Ms. Mathis is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar
Association. Ms. Mathis is admitted to practice in all state courts
in Texas, in the United States District Courts
for the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern districts of Texas and in the
United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Education
Ms. Mathis received her B.A., with honors, and her J.D. from the University of Texas.
